Working at the London office for 6 months as a conceptual art director, my contract will end mid July and will be ready to freelance again on the 1st of August 2011.
My job description will be coming up with creative shoot ideas based on research.
Writing and developing shoot briefs and sharing them with our assigned photographers.
Art directing shoots, getting involved in casting, styling, set design, overlooking any retouching and making sure the finished shoot has all the necessary releases to be put on the Getty Images website.
Being curator for Getty Images Flickr collection and sharing briefs and inspiring Flickr photographers.
My job also included recruiting talented photographers to join our team.

Freelanced for various advertising agencies in Germany and the Middle East. Spent 3 months re-structuring a creative department for a small advertising agency in Amman.
- Opened & ran an art gallery that specialised in contemporary Middle Eastern art in Berlin for 2 years, the gallery was called FEN. www.fen-art.com
- Shot a self-funded documentary in Petra, Jordan on the Bedouins of Petra called "After tomorrow" the documentary is currently in post-production, www.aftertomorrow2010.wordpress.com

Working on mainly above the line campaigns for the following clients: Allianz Global, Mercedes, LBS, CMA, Henkel, Hankook, Wrigley’s, RBB & Blush. I was involved in large pitches and helping on briefs from other BBDO networks such as New York, Dusseldorf & Stuttgart.
Also during my spare time I got my first photography book called "Emotions in motion" published in Berlin.

I was involved in a pitch that helped win a multi-million Bahraini government as a client for FourGritti.

I took a year off and traveled around the world with me, myself & my cameras.
I visited Cuba, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile and Easter Island, French Polynesia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Cambodia, South Africa and Mozambique.

Coming up with both below the line and above the line concepts for TV commercials and press ads. Managing campaigns or a job from initial brief all the way to the finished product.
Worked and won large pitches such as Dubai International Airport, Showtime, Mastercard, AcDelco, Maktoob.com, (Largest Arabic based web-site).
I left Leo Burnett on excellent terms, I was about to be promoted as Associate Creative Director but I turned it down to fulfill a life-long dream, to travel the world and I was also ready to go back home, Europe.

and Burj Al Arab (7 star hotel). Worked on the whole corporate identity of Jumeirah Beach hotel & Burj Al Arab, from the logos of the hotels to the logos of every single food and beverage outlet (which included all the menus) to the final brochures.
